How does it work?

Step 1: If you are needing to book, simply call our main office at 780-466-8676, and our admin team will walk you through the process. Alternatively, visit our online booking page.

Step 2: If booking online, select VIMY as location, then select Chris, Dr Persson, or Katie (depending on who you want to see as a practitioner), and find a time that works for you. For psychology, please contact us for what times are currently available.

Step 3: Fill out all information on the patient portal, including credit card and benefit info, and all emailed forms. Students cannot be seen if consent forms are not completed by a parent/guardian.

Step 4: Attend your visit right in the school in room 121! Students typically attend on their own, however parents are always welcome. For online visits, you are welcome to login from wherever is convenient for you.

Step 5: For Dr Persson, all fees are billed directly to Alberta Health, so no cost to you. For Physio and Psych visits, all billings (including benefit plans) will occur later that day, and receipts will be emailed.

Step 6: Your therapist will reach out via phone or email with any important info that needs to be passed on. You are also welcome to contact your therapist via leaving a message with the Summerside Physio main office if you have any specific questions. At your request, coaches/teachers can also be included in all communication so that everyone is on the same page.
