The GaTER Program
Group Training, Education, and Rehabiliation Classes
What is the GaTER Program?
The GaTER program (Group Training, Education, and Rehabilitation) is a 6-week physiotherapist-led group rehabilitation class. We currently offer four individual classes for four distinct populations. These classes help make it easier to affordably complete your program, while in a fun and motivating environment. Each class includes a one-on-one assessment to identify your goals and challenges, education sessions about your condition, an individualized home exercise program, a report card to track improvements, and lots of laughs! Read on for more info on which classes we are currently offering.
